US-Experte Willis expects a set-back for Dow and DAX
"I think the entire market including the Dow Jones will experience a set-back. This would be a healthy development, looking at the rally we have seen so far", Benedict Willis, trader at Sunrise Securities says. This would not be a sign, that something wasn't right.
The technical analysis predicts that the market will see a set-back in order to rise again. Of this Willis is certain. Looking at the economic development the expert points out the recent GDP development: "Yes, the trend is definately positive. In economic theory it is said, that after a recession the economy needs a GDP growth of five percent to recover. Unfortunately we only make half of that." This means, that it will still take a while until the U.S. will leave the hole it has been in since 2008. The Fed expects that a growth of five percent will be possible by 2015. "That's why the keep the intrest rates so low and try to "inflationize the GDP, which wasn't as successful as expected so far," Willis continues.
